This newly constructed 3 BR/2 1/2 BA stilt home is located on Lookout Road in Rainbow Bay. Appropriately named, the view is looking out to the Atlantic Ocean. A short walking distance to Come N Go Beach. Steps leading up to a screened lanai invites you to the front entrance. Entering the home the focal point ahead is a spiral staircase leading up to the cupola, where a spectacular view of both the Atlantic and the Caribbean can be taken in. Tiled throughout this luxurious air conditioned home. A king size master bed room with private bath, individual mini-split a/c units in each bedroom and main area. Queen bed & full size located in other bedrooms. Decorated with Island flair, this beautiful home is furnished with all the conveniences. The living area has queen size sofa bed, with flat screen TV, with satellite connection, wireless internet, and a docking station for your personal ipod is also provided. The beautifully designed kitchen has a granite island with 4 swivel bar chairs, next to a 60" glass top table, with 4 comfortable dining room chairs. Another table is located just out the front door, on screened lanai. Additional seating available on porch. Stainless Steel appliances in the kitchen include a French door refrigerator with water/ice maker on front. A ceramic stovetop/oven with hood top microwave, and dishwasher. Fully equipped kitchen.

Our water is collected and purified through an advanced closed cistern filtration/uv light system. Each faucet throughout the house is connected to this system. If water levels are low in the cistern, we are connected to the Queens Hwy water, which also will flow through our specialized filtered system. This is a paramount solution to having fresh safe water on an island.
Located off the ground floor is the laundry room, where the 1/2 bath is located, as well as brand new stacked Maytag washer and dryer, with utility sink.
Within walking distance is Come N Go Beach, you can easily carry what you need for the day. On more adventurous days, when heading out, there are several beaches in the neighborhood of Rainboy bay: Hidden Beach, Smugglers Beach, Twin Beach and Rainbow Bay beach just to mention a 
few.
